30 seconds · 1080p · 60s on a 2024 laptop.
A 30-second hook for an AI screen recorder. Drafted by Sonnet 4.6 from one sentence, tweaked twice in chat, rendered locally in 58 seconds. No timeline-scrubber black magic required.
How it works
From a sentence
to an MP4 on disk.
01 · Describe
A sentence is the IDE.
“30-second product hook with bouncy captions and a voiceover.” Sonnet 4.6 reads it, drops a draft into the editor with timing, captions, and asset slots wired. The composition is plain HTML — readable, diff-able, version-controlled.

30s product hook for an AI screen recorder, bouncy captions, female calm voice
02 · Refine
Edit it like you talk.
“Make the title 2× bigger.” “Swap the female calm voice for something gravelly.” “Add a 3-second outro card.” The agent writes the diff, you see the preview update in under two seconds, and you keep going. No timeline, no nested clip menus.
03 · Run
TTS, captions, bg-removal — without a server.
Kokoro generates the voiceover. Whisper transcribes it into frame-accurate captions. u2net removes the background from a portrait clip. All three run via ONNX in your tab — cached on first use, instant after. No upload, no GPU bill, no waiting in a render queue.

Render in your browser. Pinned forever.
WebCodecs and ffmpeg.wasm encode the MP4 on your machine — 30s at 1080p clears in under 90 seconds on a 2024 laptop. Each project pins its runtime version. The video you ship today still renders pixel-for-pixel in 2030.

Web platform, not magic
Every preprocessing step runs on the device the user already paid for. We didn't invent the render path — we wired the pieces together and pointed an agent at it.

Your browser does the work. We bill for chat tokens, marketplace payouts, and the longer renders that need bigger ML models. Cancel from the account drawer — no clawback email, no calendar booking, no "please don't go" survey.

From the founder
I wanted a Cursor for video — type, see, ship. Every tool I tried either ate my media, locked me into a timeline, or charged per render. So I'm building the one I'd actually use, on top of an open runtime that'll outlive any one company.
